I am so happy with our automatic gate and the service provided by David at Architectural Fabricators. It turned out beautiful and that’s thanks to the attention to detail by David and his team. I had quotes from 4 other gate companies and none of them wanted to do anything that wasn’t a stock iron gate. The project was on time and on budget. I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking from something that isn’t a stock project, Architectural Fabricators can handle it! I highly recommend them and would use again if the opportunity arises.

Our bulky and old alley driveway gate and motor died just before we went out of town in July 2018. I contacted several companies to discuss plans for a replacement — both the physical 20′-wide gate and the motor/operator to open and close it. David Lisner at Architectural Fabricators won out with his clear explanation of what they could do, in what time frame, and at what cost. In the end, I’m very glad we chose him: the new gate is more attractive, smaller, and lighter than the original one and the operator is quiet, efficient, Internet controlled, and has a battery back-up. During installation I had a couple of concerns/specific requests about integration with our existing wood fence and they gladly customized it to fit beautifully. A couple of months after installation I started to hear some squeaking when it opened and closed. Within a couple of days his guys were back tweaking the metal- and woodwork until it ran perfectly smoothly. In addition to great work, I appreciate the 3-year labor warranty that no one else could match.

The team from Architectural Fabricators did great work for us on multiple projects around our house. They were timely and competitive in their pricing and we felt as though they delivered superior products for the price. They also followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied with the results. The wood fence they built for us received numerous compliments and withstood some harsh storms and even a large tree limb falling onto it. Quality work all the way.

Jason and his team did an outstanding job on our fence! He was patient, helpful and very responsive during the design phase. He did and excellent job of coordinating with his fabrication and installation crew and the crew was very talented, and friendly. The crew was also highly respectful of our extensive existing plantings during the onsite fabrication and installation during the difficult combined circumstances of extreme heat and a novel fence design. Architectural Fabricators designed and installed a custom electric driveway gate and a front entry double gate that had a small side gate behind a column next to it and did a beautiful job. Jason was very quick to respond to my emails and once the design was decided on, it only took a week to get the gates prepared for installation. The installation took about one day for each gate and the guys that put them in were very friendly. They look so nice adding to the overall appearance of the house and they function and operate as they should. We really love the way they turned out and will use and or recommend them in the future!

Architectural Fabricators recently built my fence and it has become my favorite thing about the house. I have an iron and cedar horizontal fence with electric gate and I consistently get compliments on it. They are professional, top notch, and even finished my project ahead of schedule. They also used a chainless electric fence which is sleek looking and less than half the size of a typical motor. They are up to date on their technology and designs and constantly want to do better and better. I selected Architectural Fabricators after researching and comparing them with at least three other fence companies. I am very happy I went with them and I cannot say enough good things about them.

We had the arm of an electronic gate replaced as well as having our wrought iron fencing painted. They did an outstanding job and performed all of the services the day after providing an estimate. Had a team of 4 or 5 that were courteous and left the place spotless. Could not have been happier with the work they did.

It went extremely well. We researched firms on Angie’s List and contacted several. Architectural Fabricators was hands down the best in every aspect. David Lisner was our contact person. The response from the company was very fast and they provided a decent proposal. David was very accommodating to our additional requests to have very detailed specs for all steps of dismantling the old gate and installing the new gate. He continued to provide prompt follow up throughout the proposal process which took several weeks. Regarding the actual work, the team of workers was great. They worked hard the entire time. At times, there were 3-4 guys working at a time and they worked constantly. The project took two days and the workers left the area clean each day. Note that this company uses galvanized steel and sets the post 5 feet deep, and it may have been even 6 feet deep. (This is VERY important as we discovered that our previous post was only set 2 feet deep which is why we had so many problems with our old gate shifting and then not closing properly.) After installation they painted it and it looks beautiful. It opens and closes so smoothly and without a sound. Bottom line: We are very happy.

This company did a GREAT job on my driveway gate! I could not be happier. I had a relatively new gate that was not automatic. I got really tired of getting out and opening the gate and closing it every time I left the house and came back. They took my existing 2 gates that opened in the middle, put them together, fabricated them to one and added the automatic gate opener. It worked out wonderfully!! Again, I could not be happier and very highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

I requested two other bids but I felt most comfortable with David’s approach and his professionalism. David was responsive to my requests to modify the scope of the job.
